Do exercise or meditation
Exercising can help you to keep you physically fit. You can do meditation also as it provides peace of mind. You can do exercise on your terrace in the morning as gyms are not opened yet due to COVID-19. Exercising regularly can help you in keeping yourself fit in this pandemic times.
Stay socially connected
Talk to your friends or cousins over call or video chat them. This will make you happy and connected to your loved ones. Talk to your childhood friends to whom you have not talked for many years.
Talk with your parents and play games together
If you are feeling stressed or upset, talk to your parents about them. They will help you with your problem. Play indoor games with them to relieve your stress.
